Digital Content Scheduling
Loading your adverts, setting the dates and managing how they rotate across the network, including different messages at different hours.
The operational layer behind a digital campaign
A digital billboard campaign is not a file sent once. It is a schedule: which creative plays, on which screens, in which slot of the loop, between which dates, at which times of day. Managing that properly is the difference between a digital buy and a static one that happens to be lit.
Most advertisers underuse this. They supply one image for a three-month booking and never change it, which spends digital money for a static outcome. The value of the format is that the message can move with the business.
Scheduling is included with digital billboard bookings across both the outdoor LED network and the indoor screens.
What scheduling handles
Everything between an approved file and it appearing on the right screen at the right time.
Creative upload
Files checked against the screen specification and loaded. Wrong-ratio files are caught before they reach a screen.
Campaign dates
Precise start and end. A promotion ending Friday stops Friday rather than running through the weekend.
Loop position
Your slot within the rotation, so the frequency you booked is the frequency you get.
Dayparting
Different creative at different hours on the same screen, which turns one site into several placements.
Multi-site rollout
One campaign across several screens with dates and rotations aligned rather than managed screen by screen.
Mid-flight changes
New creative swapped in during a campaign at no cost, usually within a day of receiving the file.
How scheduling runs
Receive and check
Artwork checked against the spec for each booked screen, since pixel dimensions vary across the network.
Build the schedule
Dates, slots, dayparts and any rotation between multiple creatives set out and confirmed with you.
Load and verify
Files loaded and checked on screen. Verified in place rather than assumed from the upload.
Run and monitor
Playback monitored through the campaign, with faults picked up rather than waiting for you to notice.
Report
Playback records and proof of display supplied through campaign reporting.
Ways to use the schedule
| Approach | How it works | Suits |
|---|---|---|
| Single creative | One file for the booking | Brand presence, no changing offer |
| Dayparted | Different message morning and evening | Restaurants, retail, anything with a daypart |
| Weekly rotation | New creative each week | Promotions and seasonal runs |
| Multi-creative loop | Several files rotating within the booking | Multiple products or locations |
| Reactive | Changed at short notice | Launches, events, corrections |
Frequently asked
How quickly can a new advert go live?
Usually two to four days from receiving approved artwork, and faster for a straight swap on a screen already running your campaign.
Is there a charge to change creative?
No. Changes are included on digital bookings, which is the main operational advantage over static.
Can I run different messages in different parishes?
Yes. Screens are scheduled individually, so a Montego Bay message can differ from a Kingston one within the same campaign.
What if I supply the wrong file size?
We catch it at the check stage and tell you what is needed. Specs are in the artwork guide, and our design team can rebuild it.
