Billboard Site Management
Running advertising sites on behalf of landowners and operators, from tenant bookings and compliance to maintenance and revenue.
For people who own the land, not the advertising business
A billboard on your land is an asset, but running it properly is a business in itself. It means finding advertisers, negotiating and invoicing bookings, managing artwork and installation, keeping the structure compliant and maintained, and dealing with the council when something changes.
Most landowners do not want to do any of that. Site management means we handle the advertising operation on your site while you retain ownership, and you receive revenue without running a media business.
We manage 60 sites across the island and coordinate with the property owners behind them, which is what allows us to offer advertisers real availability rather than a broker’s best guess.
What management covers
The commercial operation and the physical asset, both.
Advertiser sourcing
Filling the site from our existing demand across the network rather than starting from cold.
Booking and contracts
Rates, terms, dates and invoicing handled, through space booking.
Artwork and installation
Advertiser creative managed to spec, printed and fitted via installation.
Compliance
Approvals kept current and renewals tracked, with support from permit application support.
Maintenance
Structure, lighting and face kept in condition through scheduled maintenance.
Owner reporting
What is booked, what it earned and what condition the structure is in, reported to you rather than requested by you.
How a site comes under management
Assessment
What the site can command commercially and what condition the structure is in. Usually a site survey plus a structural inspection.
Compliance review
Confirming approvals exist and are current. Where they do not, that is addressed before the site is marketed.
Commercial terms
How revenue is shared, who carries which costs, and the term of the arrangement, agreed in writing.
Bring to standard
Any structural or face work needed before the site is offered to advertisers.
Market and operate
The site enters the network, is booked, maintained and reported on, with revenue passed through.
Who this suits
| Owner type | Situation | What management adds |
|---|---|---|
| Landowner with a road frontage | Land suitable for a structure | Build, approval and operation without running a media business |
| Business with an existing board | A structure used only for own branding | Revenue from unused capacity |
| Property developer | Hoarding or long approach road | Site earns during and after the build |
| Retailer or restaurant group | Indoor screen potential | Footfall monetised, as with our indoor network |
| Existing site owner | Board is hard to fill or maintain | Demand and maintenance handled |
Frequently asked
Do I lose ownership of my land or structure?
No. Ownership stays with you. Management is a commercial arrangement over the advertising operation, with terms and duration agreed in writing.
What if my structure is not approved?
That is dealt with first. We will not market a site whose compliance position is unclear. See the enforcement sequence for why.
Can you build on land that has no structure?
Yes, through structure fabrication, once approval is secured. Expect months rather than weeks.
How is revenue handled?
Terms vary with the site, what it can command and who carries the build and maintenance costs. It is set out in writing before anything begins.
