Billboard Space Booking
Securing the right sites, in the right parishes, for the months you actually need them. Inventory is finite and the good corridors go early.
The step that decides whether a campaign is possible at all
Billboard space is a fixed supply. There are only so many boards on Constant Spring Road, and in December every retailer in Kingston wants them. Booking is the process of getting your brand onto the sites that matter before someone else does.
We hold and manage the inventory, so this is not a broker relationship with a delay in the middle. When you ask what is free on a corridor, the answer comes from our own availability rather than a request sent elsewhere.
The network spans 60 sites across the island, concentrated in Kingston with coverage through St Catherine, St James, St Ann, Westmoreland, Manchester, Clarendon and St Elizabeth. Browse it on the locations map.
What booking covers
You get availability, options and a held slot. Not a rate card and a hope.
Real availability
What is genuinely free on your corridor in your months, checked against live inventory rather than a published list.
Site shortlists
Two or three options per corridor with the trade-offs stated, so you are choosing rather than accepting.
Held slots
Inventory reserved while you confirm budget internally, so a decision cycle does not cost you the site.
Multi-site packages
Coordinated bookings across parishes where a campaign needs coverage rather than a single landmark.
Seasonal forward booking
Peak windows secured months ahead. See seasonal and event advertising.
Contract and scheduling
Booking terms, live dates and rotation handled through to content scheduling.
How booking works
Tell us the audience
Parish, corridor, or simply who you are trying to reach. If you are not sure which sites fit, campaign planning comes first.
We check inventory
You get what is actually available for your dates, with alternatives where your first choice is taken.
Shortlist and site visit
For significant bookings we will walk the site with you, or run a site survey so the decision is evidence-based.
Hold and confirm
The slot is held while you confirm. Once agreed, dates and terms are fixed.
Handover to production
Booking passes to artwork, print or scheduling depending on format, with one point of contact throughout.
When to book
| Campaign window | Book by | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Tourism high season, Dec-Apr | September | Airport and north coast inventory goes first |
| Christmas retail | September | Kingston commuter corridors are most contested |
| Carnival, April | January | New Kingston and Half Way Tree tighten sharply |
| Reggae Sumfest, July | April | St James inventory is limited |
| Back to school, Aug-Sep | June | Demand is national rather than single-corridor |
Frequently asked
How far ahead should I book?
One to three months for most campaigns, and a full season ahead for peak windows. Our advertising calendar sets out the deadlines window by window.
What is the minimum booking?
Static runs in four-week cycles, though three months is the realistic minimum for brand work. Digital is more flexible and suits shorter bursts.
Can I book several parishes at once?
Yes. Multi-site packages are common for national campaigns, and coordinating them through one booking keeps dates and reporting aligned.
What if my preferred site is taken?
We will show you the nearest alternatives on the same corridor with the trade-offs stated, and flag when the site you wanted frees up.
