Dates

July 30 – August 3, 2026

1. Authorised Reseller Status

Xplore Media Limited is an authorised reseller of Dream Weekend tickets. Tickets purchased through Xplore Media Limited are supplied subject to availability and in accordance with the terms, rules, policies, and procedures of the event organiser.
Dream Weekend is organised and operated by Dream Entertainment Limited. Xplore Media Limited is not the organiser, producer, promoter, venue operator, security provider, crowd manager, or operator of the Dream Weekend event.
Xplore Media Limited’s role is limited to the authorised resale of tickets and, where applicable, the separate provision or arrangement of optional bundled services offered independently by Xplore Media Limited.

2. No Partnership or Joint Venture with Dream Entertainment Limited

Any reference to Dream Weekend or Dream Entertainment Limited is made solely for the purpose of identifying the event for which authorised tickets are being resold.

Except for Xplore Media Limited’s authorised reseller status, nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment relationship, sponsorship, endorsement, franchise, or operational association between Xplore Media Limited and Dream Entertainment Limited.

Any additional service offered by Xplore Media Limited, including but not limited to transportation, customer coordination, hospitality support, collection assistance, or package management, is provided independently by Xplore Media Limited or its selected third-party providers and is not provided by, managed by, endorsed by, or operated in association with Dream Entertainment Limited unless expressly confirmed in writing by Dream Entertainment Limited.

3. Ticket Purchase and Confirmation

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received, cleared, and accepted by Xplore Media Limited, and the customer has received written confirmation of the booking.

Xplore Media Limited reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any booking where payment is incomplete, declined, reversed, disputed, suspected to be fraudulent, made using unauthorised payment details, or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all details provided at the time of purchase are complete and accurate, including name, email address, telephone number, identification details where required, ticket category, and any package or transport information.

Xplore Media Limited shall not be responsible for delays, errors, failed delivery, denied entry, or missed services caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Prices, Fees, and Package Charges

All prices will be displayed in the currency stated at the time of purchase. Prices may include or exclude booking fees, service charges, processing fees, taxes, transfer fees, or bundled service charges, depending on the offer presented.

Where applicable, Xplore Media Limited will identify the ticket price and any additional service or package charge. Customers should review the full amount payable before completing payment.

Prices, ticket categories, package benefits, and availability may change without notice before purchase is confirmed. Once a purchase is confirmed, the customer is bound by the price and package selected at the time of purchase.

5. Optional Bundled Services

Xplore Media Limited may offer optional bundled services in connection with ticket purchases. These may include, but are not limited to, transportation to and from Dream Weekend events, group coordination, customer assistance, ticket collection support, hospitality-related arrangements, or other convenience services.

Such bundled services are separate from the Dream Weekend event and are provided independently by Xplore Media Limited or by third-party providers arranged by Xplore Media Limited.

The purchase of a bundled service does not alter the customer’s contractual relationship with the event organiser in relation to event entry, event rules, venue policies, safety procedures, or event operations.

Unless expressly stated in writing, bundled services do not include accommodation, meals, drinks, insurance, personal expenses, replacement tickets, medical support, security services, or guaranteed venue entry.

6. Transportation Services

Where Xplore Media Limited offers transportation, shuttle service, private transfer, pick-up, drop-off, or similar arrangements, such services are provided independently from Dream Entertainment Limited and the Dream Weekend event operations.

Transportation services may be affected by customer lateness, traffic, road closures, weather, police instructions, venue restrictions, parking limitations, vehicle availability, mechanical issues, public safety directions, or other operational circumstances.

Xplore Media Limited will make reasonable efforts to deliver transportation services as described. However, exact routes, vehicles, pick-up points, departure times, arrival times, and drop-off locations may be adjusted where necessary for safety, logistics, traffic, venue restrictions, or operational reasons.

Customers must arrive at the confirmed pick-up point at the confirmed time. Xplore Media Limited is not responsible for missed transportation, missed event entry, delays, additional costs, or inconvenience where a customer arrives late, attends the wrong location, fails to follow instructions, or cannot be contacted using the details provided.

Xplore Media Limited may refuse transport to any customer who behaves in a threatening, abusive, unsafe, intoxicated, disorderly, unlawful, or disruptive manner.

7. Ticket Delivery

Tickets may be issued electronically, by voucher, by collection, by transfer, by physical delivery, or by another approved method.

Xplore Media Limited will provide ticket confirmation, ticket details, collection instructions, or delivery instructions once payment has been completed and processed.

Customers must keep all tickets, confirmations, QR codes, barcodes, vouchers, and collection information secure. Xplore Media Limited is not responsible for tickets or confirmations that are lost, deleted, forwarded, copied, duplicated, shared, stolen, misused, or accessed by another person after delivery.

Where tickets are issued electronically, the customer is responsible for ensuring they have access to the relevant device, email account, internet connection, identification, and ticket file at the time of entry.

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Statutory Rights

All ticket sales are final once confirmed, except where a refund, exchange, credit, or other remedy is required by applicable law, expressly authorised by the event organiser, or expressly agreed in writing by Xplore Media Limited.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Xplore Media Limited is not responsible for refunds due to customer error, change of mind, illness, failure to attend, missed flights, missed transport, accommodation issues, travel problems, denied entry caused by customer conduct or failure to meet entry requirements, or any other personal circumstance outside Xplore Media Limited’s control.

If the event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or materially changed, the event organiser’s applicable policy will apply to the ticket portion of the purchase.

Where optional bundled services are purchased separately or as part of a package, the refund or cancellation treatment for those services may be different from the ticket portion. Xplore Media Limited may deduct reasonable administrative costs, payment processing fees, supplier charges, transport costs, or other non-recoverable expenses where permitted by law and where such costs have already been incurred.

Customers requesting a refund, credit, or cancellation review must contact Xplore Media Limited in writing and provide proof of purchase, the booking confirmation, customer identification where required, and the reason for the request. Xplore Media Limited will review requests in accordance with applicable law, the event organiser’s policies, supplier policies, and these Terms & Conditions.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or bank dispute without first contacting Xplore Media Limited and allowing a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Where a customer initiates an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a ticket, package confirmation, bundled service, or other purchased benefit, Xplore Media Limited reserves the right to cancel the booking, invalidate any undelivered services, recover outstanding sums, recover bank charges or administrative costs where permitted by law, and provide evidence of the transaction to the payment provider.

10. Event Entry and Venue Rules

Entry to Dream Weekend is subject to the event organiser’s rules, venue policies, age restrictions, identification requirements, ticket scanning procedures, security checks, search procedures, dress code, prohibited items list, health and safety rules, and any other admission requirements.

A valid ticket does not guarantee entry if the customer fails to meet entry requirements or is refused entry by the event organiser, venue management, security personnel, police, public authorities, or other authorised persons.

Customers may be required to present valid government-issued identification. Customers are responsible for confirming that they meet all age, identification, and entry requirements before purchase.

Xplore Media Limited is not responsible for refusal of entry caused by customer conduct, intoxication, failure to provide identification, breach of venue rules, possession of prohibited items, late arrival, duplicate ticket use, or any decision made by the event organiser, venue, security, or public authorities.

11. Food, Drinks, VIP, Diamond, and Package Inclusions

Any food, drinks, access areas, VIP benefits, Diamond benefits, premium benefits, shuttle access, hospitality services, or other inclusions are subject to the specific ticket type or package purchased.

Customers must carefully check their selected ticket category and package details before completing payment.

Xplore Media Limited is not responsible for changes to food, drinks, menus, brands, entertainment, artist line-up, venue arrangements, access areas, entry procedures, event schedule, or event benefits made by the event organiser or venue.

Unless expressly stated in writing, food and drink inclusions are subject to event rules, venue availability, timing, age restrictions, licensing requirements, and responsible service policies.

12. Alcohol, Age Restrictions, and Responsible Conduct

Customers are responsible for complying with all legal drinking-age requirements, identification requirements, venue rules, and alcohol-related policies.

Where food or drinks are included in a package, Xplore Media Limited does not guarantee service to any person who is underage, unable to produce valid identification, visibly intoxicated, disorderly, or otherwise refused service by the venue, event organiser, bar operator, security, or relevant authority.

Customers must behave responsibly and respectfully towards Xplore Media Limited staff, representatives, transport providers, venue staff, security personnel, event staff, and other attendees.

13. Resale, Transfer, and Misuse of Tickets

Tickets may not be copied, duplicated, altered, resold, transferred, advertised, or used in breach of the event organiser’s policies.

Any ticket suspected of being fraudulent, duplicated, unlawfully resold, altered, improperly obtained, or previously scanned may be cancelled or refused at the point of entry.

Customers must not misuse Xplore Media Limited’s name, Dream Weekend branding, Dream Entertainment Limited’s name, or any event-related material for unauthorised resale, promotion, advertising, or representation.

14. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking all event and package details before purchasing, including date, time, location, ticket type, price, inclusions, restrictions, entry requirements, collection process, transport arrangements, and refund conditions.

Customers are responsible for arranging their own accommodation, travel documents, visas, personal expenses, insurance, medication, identification, and personal safety arrangements unless a specific service is expressly included in their confirmed package.

Customers should allow sufficient time for travel, traffic, parking, security checks, ticket scanning, and venue entry.

15. Communications and Customer Updates

By purchasing from Xplore Media Limited, the customer agrees that Xplore Media Limited may contact them using the email address, telephone number, WhatsApp number, or other contact details provided for purposes connected with the booking.

Such communications may include payment confirmation, ticket delivery, event updates, transport instructions, package details, safety notices, customer support, refund updates, or important operational changes.

Customers are responsible for checking their messages and ensuring that Xplore Media Limited has accurate and working contact details.

16. Third-Party Providers

Xplore Media Limited may use third-party providers for transport, payment processing, ticket delivery, customer communication, hospitality support, technology platforms, or other support services.

Such third-party providers may have their own terms, conditions, rules, limitations, and operating procedures. Customers agree to comply with reasonable instructions issued by such providers in connection with the purchased service.

Xplore Media Limited will make reasonable efforts to work with reputable providers but is not responsible for failures, delays, or losses caused by circumstances outside Xplore Media Limited’s reasonable control.

17. Event Changes and Availability

Event dates, venues, times, artists, performers, schedules, admission procedures, access areas, ticket benefits, menus, transport logistics, and event rules may be subject to change. Xplore Media Limited will make reasonable efforts to communicate important updates where available. Customers are also encouraged to check official Dream Weekend communication channels for the latest event information. Xplore Media Limited shall not be liable for disappointment, inconvenience, loss, or expense arising from artist changes, schedule changes, venue changes, weather-related changes, operational changes, or other changes made by the event organiser, venue, public authorities, or third-party providers.

18. Limitation of Liability

Xplore Media Limited acts as an authorised ticket reseller and, where applicable, an independent provider or arranger of optional bundled services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xplore Media Limited shall not be liable for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, loss of profit, travel expense, accommodation expense, personal expense, disappointment, delay, inconvenience, or additional cost arising from or connected with the purchase, the event, transportation, third-party services, or circumstances outside Xplore Media Limited’s reasonable control.

Xplore Media Limited is not responsible for the organisation, production, operation, postponement, cancellation, safety management, crowd control, venue control, entertainment, artist performance, event scheduling, or delivery of Dream Weekend.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

19. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Xplore Media Limited harmless from any claim, loss, liability, cost, damage, penalty, charge, or expense arising from the customer’s breach of these Terms & Conditions, misuse of tickets, fraudulent activity, unlawful resale, false information, abusive conduct, damage to property, breach of venue rules, or failure to comply with lawful instructions.

This clause shall not apply to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be transferred to the customer.

20. Force Majeure

Xplore Media Limited shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events may include, but are not limited to, severe weather, hurricane, flood, fire, natural disaster, road closure, traffic disruption, public emergency, civil unrest, power outage, internet failure, technical failure, supplier failure, vehicle breakdown, illness, public health restriction, government action, police instruction, venue restriction, security incident, strike, labour disruption, or any other circumstance outside Xplore Media Limited’s reasonable control.

21. Intellectual Property and Brand Use

Dream Weekend, Dream Entertainment Limited, and any related names, logos, images, marks, slogans, designs, and branding remain the property of their respective owners.

Xplore Media Limited does not claim ownership of Dream Weekend branding or Dream Entertainment Limited branding.

Customers may not use Xplore Media Limited’s name, Dream Weekend branding, or Dream Entertainment Limited’s name for unauthorised commercial activity, resale, advertising, promotion, or misrepresentation.

22. Data Protection and Privacy

Customer information collected during the purchase process may be used for processing orders, issuing tickets, verifying identity, preventing fraud, arranging optional bundled services, communicating updates, providing customer support, managing payment records, and complying with legal or regulatory obligations.

Xplore Media Limited will handle customer information responsibly and will not sell personal information to third parties.

Where necessary, customer information may be shared with ticketing partners, payment processors, transport providers, technology providers, professional advisers, or service providers strictly for the purpose of fulfilling the customer’s order, providing purchased services, preventing fraud, or complying with legal obligations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and that they have permission to provide information on behalf of any other person included in a group booking.

23. Electronic Agreement

Where a customer purchases online, by payment link, bank transfer, email, WhatsApp, website, digital form, or other electronic method, the customer agrees that electronic communications, electronic confirmations, electronic records, and electronic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions may be used in connection with the transaction.

A customer’s payment, written confirmation, digital acceptance, or continued instruction to proceed may be treated as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

24. Complaints and Customer Support

Customers with any issue relating to ticket purchase, package confirmation, payment, transport, or customer service should contact Xplore Media Limited in writing as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers should provide their full name, contact details, proof of purchase, booking confirmation, and a clear description of the issue.

Xplore Media Limited will make reasonable efforts to investigate and respond to genuine customer concerns. However, complaints relating to event operations, venue rules, security decisions, artist performance, crowd management, or official event policies may need to be referred to the event organiser or relevant third party.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be treated as removed or modified only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

26. Changes to These Terms

Xplore Media Limited may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to a customer’s purchase will be the version presented or made available at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by law or is necessary to correct an obvious error.
