After sixteen unforgettable years on Negril's Seven Mile Beach, the Caribbean's largest party festival is relocating for the very first time — five days of beachfront day parties, headline concerts, a soca paint party, and the biggest cooler party in the Caribbean.
It started in the early 2000s as a handful of separate parties run by different promoters during Jamaica's Emancipation and Independence weekend in Negril. In 2012 — Jamaica's 50th year of independence — those promoters united under one name, one brand, and one wristband: Dream Weekend.
For the next fourteen years, Dream WKND turned Negril's Seven Mile Beach into the Caribbean's biggest annual party pilgrimage, drawing visitors from the US, Canada, the UK and across the diaspora who planned entire summers around it.
In 2026, the festival makes its biggest move yet: out of Negril and into Montego Bay, Jamaica's tourism capital — bigger venues, more hotel rooms, easier airport access, and a city built to host crowds this size.

Known for a darker, more experimental strain of dancehall with a devoted following, Tommy Lee Sparta is a Montego Bay native — announced at the official launch as the festival comes home to his city.
One of the most commercially successful female dancehall artists of her generation, Shaneil Muir is also a Montego Bay native and one of the island's most sought-after live performers.
